2 years stop gap. Yes Marvin...

I have agreed with you severally on this issue. I believe like you do that he is highly likely a declining force.

I agreed with you when you said he uses speed and power in his game. I corrected (or adjusted) your claim and suggested what you meant was "explosiveness."

I agreed that explosiveness tends to decline as rapidly as speed as you age.

The fact he has also played 4 straight years of nonstop all year round football on his body the last 4 years also supports this.

All the above I agree with. I simply disagreed with your conclusion that CB is the solution instead.

A 2 year stop gap can be an effective transition from a good offense to a great one the next 2 seasons just as the great young players (Sane, Sterling, Silva and Gabriel) are hitting their WC potential stride when Sanchez and Aguero are fading.
Thanks Dax. I forget.

As the Dani Alves fiasco just showed we should not wait for him to go on a free next year (obviously this only applies if Arsenal are willing to sell), I'm sure if the scenario were to arise where we could get him for free the rags or someone similar would offer him double what we can just to spite us (and get a world class player)

I don;t think he would choose us next year anyway.

I think if he could go to Chelsea he would as he loves the London lifestyle apparently.

I love Manchester but London is a far superior place to live.

You have to be England raised to really choose to love living in Manchester over London I reckon.

I know, these players must get a real culture shock having to live in the likes of Moss Side and Wythenshawe!

Sanchez can't buyout the last year of his contract, he played too many games last season for that to allowed. Not sure what the exact percentage is but Sanchez definatly played too many.

I think they will sell him & if they do, this whole business has been really fucking stupid, from their p.o.v.

If we heard Aguero was doing sonething like this, I'm pretty sure most of us would want him fucked off asap & the money used on the team. Not to keep him then give him to Utd or Chelsea (or City) for free.

I don't know why they didn't just ask him two months ago, then sell him.

I find London a very cold place to be honest... And I'm not talking temperature.

I wouldn't live there, but with it being arguably the most cosmopolitan City in the world I can understand why footballers would want to live there over the likes of Manchester and Liverpool.
