I want us to sign him as hes one of the best players in the league and would obviously improve and weaken a rival however I have no idea how pep would fit him in with sergio, sane, jesus, sterling, KDB and the two silvas. At the most five of them could start which would leave three top quality players on the bench every game. Another centre mid would be a more important buy imo

Why not? It may just be idle gossip but why should a cheeky bid be beyond them? An £80m offer would simultaneously draw Arsenal's hand and fcuk us up.

I agree..nothing stopping rags putting a cheeky bid in but If Sanchez wants us as much as some think on here, it wouldnt matter how much the rags offered mate. If Arsenal are selling him this summer, I cant see anyone out-bidding us for him...I think a cheeky bid from the rags would just make it more expensive for us but couldnt see us walking away and leaving him to sign with them.
