Sanchez was part of what we needed. The fact he plays all across the front line would have helped enormously given we've lost so many players from that area of the pitch. So, if we got Sanchez, we still wouldn't need to fill those positions next season, not sure I get that
In fairness, PSG still spent less than we did this summer.
Mbappe is on loan and won't be bought till next year
Hopefully Pep plays Sané in his natural position now on the right & up top. Pretty clear his goals will be needed now
That's probably the most likely outcome now.
Or both. He was a RW before CityOn the left.
What if he fucks up the dressing room? You'd stand a much better chance at finishing higher up the table if you had a happy squad. If Sanchez decides he's going to be a disruptive fucker it will cause you a lot more harm than good.
Or Sane and Sterling can't be a striker ?
We have some weak fans these days, our attacking options are still better than anyone else imho.
'Calamity: The New Matchday Experience at the Emirates"
When we played him there he scored 4 in 6 games as I recall.Totally agree.
We have played David Silva as lone striker in the past FFS. Admittedly he is utter shite in front of goal, but we have played him there.
Or 40's actress Heddy!!Knowing our luck we'd get 50's throwback 'Mark.
I can honestly say this has been one of the funniest days I've had on bluemoon, been comedy gold. I've had the fortune to be on it most of the day, some of the shit has bend hilarious.I'd go for another few lengths if I was you mate
Makes perfect sense to me mate.
I agree but ultimately we have the best squad and tge best manager so I think people need to stop getting hysterical about this and at least see it as an opportunity for Pep to bring the likes of Sane and Jesus to the fore. With Alexis it would be easier. He is more clinical than Jesus and Kun. Also would help to have him in CL!!! Guess we need to go all guns blazing next summer.
