But there's one detail i really don't get....

If Carlos Tevez dislikes Manchester so much, why then when leaving Manchester United did he CHOOSE to stay in Manchester with Manchester City?

After 6 years playing and living in the UK, his sum total of English phrases is "IS OK! IS NO PROBLEM!" which he's trotted out at a couple of man of the match speeches.
