All Time Top 1100 Albums (Aerosmith - Big Ones) P265

Thought it was pretty good. "Stolen Car" was the best song - lots of jangly acoustic guitar and some nice rumbling tom-toms, but things did sound a bit samey for a while. I thought the variety picked up nicely in the last 3 or 4 songs, and I heard the distinctive tingle of a mandolin in there, which is always a good thing. Her voice was a bit annoying in parts, but the instrumentation was well put together for most of the songs, so for me its a solid 7/10.
 
6/10 for me thought it started well and I did really like the last 3 songs.
Thought her singing was decent.
 
I got tired of the voice after a few songs. They're a bit samey too, aren't they? Nice production...great sound..ok songs...just too bland for me.
I'll up my score from a 4 to a 5.

Wow - impressed you managed to cram in another few listens in the 9 minutes you had in between post's......... ;-)

Just curious, are you picking the albums randomly or do you have some method where some form of narrative will emerge?
