And I thought the game passed without trouble.....

another thing that pissed me off was the policing. we were stopped when it kicked off just before going under the bridge to the tube station. It then kicked off behind us where there were no police.

The police kept us there for a while while utd fans threw coins and goaded us, then when they started walking off, they must have gotten about 12 feet away and the police started ushering us through saying: "be weary the guys who kicked off are just up there"

What sort of policing is that? My missus was quite brave about it all and my old man had seen worse in the 70's but still, its just idiotic.

eitherway no chance it has put a dampner on the whole day out thoroughly enjoyed myself!

There was plenty of trouble on the green car park by the coaches... I mensioned this in another thread, what idiot came up with the idea of having a mixed car park. All the coaches were in there next to each other, one blue was on the ground with a neck brace, a rag was being arrested by police right next to him.

A few minor skirmishes walking down wembley way after the game.

Mostly pussies bouncing up and down in that strange way you only see in football related skirmishes shouting come on but doing nothing at all.

Hilarious.

Cheesy signed off blue tuesday last week by reminding us that we were representing our club yesterday and to our credit 99.99% of City fans did just that.

The rags will learn to lose with dignity soon enough - they'll be getting plenty of practise from here on

lets not forget that united fans are only united fans because they cant handle defeat. bully victims who cant take it so join in. they think they have a god given right to go around mouthing off but as soon as they are alone its a different story. the sad thing is, they arent even gracious winners either.

Just for a bit of balance, some of the blues got a bit naughty on the roundabout, several rag coaches got well pelted with beer cans until the rozzers started running escorts. And walking to the ground, a car with 2 rags in got ambushed and a blue jumped on the back of it and kicked the back window in.

The coach pelting was a bit of harmless fun (the rags inside were giving unfriendly gestures, i'm not what else they expected), the back window thing was a bit nashty tho...

Yeah it wasn't very fun coming down to the tube station. It staggered me as the city fans down that end were at least 50 - 75% families/couples/older people etc.

The classless bastards were just penning us in. Saw lots of kids crying.

For those that ever try to defend this bullshit, then shame on you. Because it wasn't two sets of guys who wanted a fight, it was grown men barging through families using intimidation and bullying against much much smaller opposition and throwing punches at anyone male. While I didnt see any families actually attacked, seeing kids crying as their parents put them behind their backs was rediculous.

There was clear strength in numbers for the rags also.

I did see families attacked it was a disgrace and the police didn't stop it.

On a side note got off the train at Stockport as did some of the City players followed about 10 minutes later by some of the scum. Gary Neville was with them and told us all to fuck off and as God is my witness we never swore at him
