We are unable to register Mangala with our own FA until the registration is handed over, due to the outlaw on third-party ownership.
There are no issues as far as City are concerned, it's all sorted.
Porto and the other party are now thrashing out the percentages.
Bit of advice for Bluewhit, and others who wish to offer up info - I discovered the hard way, don't put timescales on anything.
I posted there was a major breakthrough made last Thursday on the central defender, 24 hours later or so, Mangala is in Manchester.
Sure, it makes me look good, but I had no knowledge on the timescale or turnaround, thereafter.
In other news - with regards Yaya, there was a conversation held with the club this week...

I don't know everything about city at all but when I'm told something it's 100% straight up.
that maybe b/c he was away and is on vacation...just like Nasri only signed when he returned...doesn't mean Silva hasn't been offered or he has rejected
