It also doesn't mean he's signed either.

People come into info sometimes, I used to get little bits a few years ago but if you post too much the leaks get sealed. It's as simple as that

Where have you been bud

We are unable to register Mangala with our own FA until the registration is handed over, due to the outlaw on third-party ownership.

There are no issues as far as City are concerned, it's all sorted.

Porto and the other party are now thrashing out the percentages.

Bit of advice for Bluewhit, and others who wish to offer up info - I discovered the hard way, don't put timescales on anything.

I posted there was a major breakthrough made last Thursday on the central defender, 24 hours later or so, Mangala is in Manchester.

Sure, it makes me look good, but I had no knowledge on the timescale or turnaround, thereafter.

In other news - with regards Yaya, there was a conversation held with the club this week...

Thanks for the info! What's happening with the Barkley situation? Just really curious lol.

+1 and any truth in the Falcao rumours?
You answered your own question..

I guess the talks were somewhat successful

<a class="postlink" href="https://twitter.com/SkySportsAmy/status/490087676503420928" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">https://twitter.com/SkySportsAmy/status ... 6503420928</a> - Yaya Toure tells #SSN he'll honour his contract and thanked the fans for their support. #SSN exclusive

EDIT: SSN uploaded the quote to soundcloud - <a class="postlink" href="https://soundcloud.com/skysportsradio/yaya-toure-im-staying" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">https://soundcloud.com/skysportsradio/y ... im-staying</a>

I think it's a long shot but I would love to see us sign Barkley this summer so that he has at least one season playing with Toure, he could learn a fair bit from what Toure does on the pitch, off it not so much.

With the greatest will in the world, Yaya can go fuck himself.

He's tried, via his agent, just within the last 3 months :

- to get an 'jobs for the boys' extension with the club in the form of a guarantee of a coaching spot

- to blame the club for not caring about him due to him just getting borthday wishes and a cake (not sure if he was expecting a blowie from Bernard Halford)

- to blame the club for not permitting him to be with his dying brother (Kolo wasn't either, and I don't see the same reaction there)

- to blame the world for not caring that the Ivory Coast got eliminated from the WC

- to blame colour / continent for him not being considered for POTY honours

He's a good player, but his agent is a gobshite, and the sort of person that we'd hoped to get rid of when we eliminated all of the Will McKay & Mino Raiola players from our side (since when, incidentally, team harmony has definitely increased).

The source of so much good at City (and so many memories), but he's 31, not particularly great in Europe, and if we could get £25m+ for him it'd be great business.

Thanks :(

I fear this thread is about to go into reactor meltdown....I'm sorry to do this, lads...but I have been told this morning the name of 'There is another'.

It would be a loan...with a view to doing something next year.
