And so it begins...

Some people on here do seem to be obsessed with who is "ITK", and seem to get a bit needy. Off the top of my head there's probably three users who I trust more than others, but even then I'm conscious of the fact they can't know everything and that things can change quite quickly. Unless you're within the very inner circle of the club then you can't know everything.

The hounding on here gets absurd at times, but I guess that's the nature of the internet. I experienced it myself a few years ago. I got quite close to a senior first team player, and he told me stuff which (with his consent) I shared on here. When it didn't materialise some got arsey, as if I'd fabricated the whole thing.

The point I'm making is that even first team players don't know for certain what is going on, and things they are told don't always happen. Bombarding Tolmie with questions that even Pellegrini won't know the answer to is futile.

When people share titbits on here I enjoy reading it, and am sensible enough to know who I believe and who I don't. If you start hounding people, unless they're an obvious WUM, it just makes you look either a bit needy or a bit of a tool. By all means express scepticism if you want, but no one is likely to say who their sources are. Just enjoy it for what it is, or ignore it if it riles you.
So do you believe me when I say that Van Gaal is a rude c**t, or not?

Everyone with a nose like a broken rudder is rude....nowt new there im afraid. ;)

Right, who's the next player from the top drawer to arrive? Di Maria? Pogba? Vidal?
None of them are better than what we've already got George
Well Jesus, Jack and Javi will be pleased to hear that ;-)

I think your clever enough to realise that if we signed any of the above, then they would want to go straight into our starting 11

Not sure who would miss out to replace Pogba or Vidal, at a push id say Di Maria ahead of Nasri

Well I think I'm nearly clever enough to know we won't sign all three or even two. Di Maria would be in the first team with Nasri with one up top, or probably replace him in a two striker formation. Pogba or Vidal would only arrive if Yaya goes and would be a direct if not better replacement. All highly unlikely I know but could still happen.

The only one I think we could sign is Di Maria due to our spending cap, but even that would rely on Madrid signing Rodgriduez

A more likely signing would be Isco IMO. His game time is going to shorten even more now they have signed Kroos and with the talk of Rodriguez going there, even if they sold Di Maria he is still going to be playing second fiddle

Even after what happened last summer id still take him now, even if its on loan for a season with a view to buying him next summer

Strikes me the only name in the frame is Barkley. And that ones unlikely. So on that basis I think there's zero chance of us moving for Di Maria, Pogba, or Vidal.
