Regarding Nasri, inside footy they all know each others situation and seemingly Nasri is very happy here and doing well.
No point in making bids for players you know are going to sign a new contract with their club. It would come across looking like a "snub". He is great for us and improving markedly now. He will not be used as a backup or anything of the sort, he will get rotated more possibly but that is all.

I watched Nasri more closely than I've ever watched any player, over the last 15 games of the season. He was absolute shithouse, complete passenger in nearly every game. There was nothing to suggest that if we had another player playing in his position they would not outshine him. I look forward to more mediocre performances from him next hear. Hopefully Jovetic gets more chances, and Isco gets a crack as well if he joins.
