fuck em tolm.

luckily the bell ends are well outnumbered.

have a good time.

I have not seen any 'bell ends' just people quite rightly in my opinion expressing doubts over the validity of the information posted and the manner in which it is posted. Why this is considered an attack upon the poster is beyond me. For a moderator to use such an intolerant phrase and adopt such an intolerant attitude, one has to wonder why TH is being so protected from any form of doubt.

Are we not allowed to point out that in our opinion much of the information posted has been common knowledge, freely available and the rest 'the spectacular stuff' (Barkley, Isco, etc) appears to have little or no substance. Are we not right to caution 'read with scepticism' and time and time again the information has proved unreliable, without a witch hunt being started. Are only believers allow to post and comment, seemingly supported by site Moderator(s)? Some of THs claims of 'success' are at best dubious.

You only have to read this thread for a short while to find some cringe worthy fawning posts to see how 'bought in' some people are and how disappointed they are when the biggy predicted does not happen.

Perhaps TH should only post more solid info in future, deals that are near done and not fledgling speculative deals barely at inception. I have no clue who TH is but it does seem to me he gets far more wrong than right. Perhaps it is all about keeping figures up on Bluemoon for advertising revenues, who knows.

No doubt I will get a bollocking for this but if you cannot stand free speech, deal with it.

hi Mr End, good to see you back again.
i'll type this slow for you and the rest of the End family.

anyone is welcome to post their thoughts and rumours. who posts it shouldn't come in to it but in tolms case it often does.
now you fucking deal with it.

Perhaps I should not be surprised a moderator is ignorant of and abusing their own rules but I refer you to rule 10 of YOUR OWN code of conduct. I will not reply you know what you are and clearly enjoy it. ps At no time did I direct personal abuse at TH or other posters unlike you.

I have heard or read something today linking Boeting with Barcelona for big money.

Does anyone know if we inserted a sell - on clause ?

How annoying are you, seriously? Stop going on, trying to cause shit, it's boring.

If a Moderator hypocritically breaks their own code of conduct and rules of behaviour, effectively cyber-bullying most likely gullible posters telling them to 'evaluate their relationship with the internet .....' while seemingly protected by their privileged status I reserve the right to respond. It is called free speech and no doubt I will be unfairly banned for it.

Rules are rules and should apply to all equally. De Niro seemingly does not like me for not crumbling to his unacceptable rule breaching behaviour and responding to his behaviour. I am not going to run from him or clean his shoes just because he is a moderator, he should behave as we should all. He condemns personal abuse of TH and responds by personally abusing other posters.

If that bores, well that's your issue not mine.

Bit of worthwhile advice simply add me as a foe and my posts will not be displayed to bore you.

There are many don't do as I do , do as I say mooners on here and it includes moderators.

Its difficult to monitor deliberate breaches of the code of conduct and then have someone like Ric or a trusted independent arbitrator that can be relied upon to make a fair and appropriate call on whether a ban is appropriate and if so fo how long especially in a timely fashion.

De Niro overall is ok in my opinion but he does breach the code as many of us have and has done so on numerous occasions and he should be given appropriate councilling by those higher in the chain of command if he wants to be regarded as a moderator who can be relied upon to do the right thing more often than not including being aware of the code of conduct that applies to all of us.

Their is always going to be some subjectivity when it comes to sanctions and interchange that becomes personal.

My own view is that when it does the thread should be shut down despite that giving the moral majority little opportunity on that thread at least to contribute further.

Hopefully this will make the parties aware that silly exchanges not only ruin it for themselves but all the others as well.

The individuals concerned should be pm'd and warned that future conduct will result in a ban.

Perhaps a three strikes and you are out rule of sorts should apply.

Or you could report a post you feel breaks the Code of Conduct?

Or PM the poster in question and address them directly?

Or adhere to the Code of Conduct yourself; "...If something (or someone) winds you up easily walk away."

All good points pudge but I feel a shutdown of the thread with a brief explanation as to why it was done may be more effective in getting the message across.

This can be supplemented with pm's.

We won't all agree with this action especially those that by any measure do not breach the code but to highlight the culprits may embarress them into better habits forthwith.

I think this would minimise poor exchanges and lift the quality of opinion and exchange.
