imo, this was in the bag all along.

the Chairman promised quick and decisive business and the clubs powers-that-be agreed to a very interesting 49M transfer limit even while many were saying that they were in the right and should fight it. i contend that the new players (Sagna, Caballero, Fernando and now Mangala) transfer fees come right up to the 49M limit precisely because the business had already been done before City agreed to the sanction and allowed UEFA to save face by imposing a harsh transfer cap on us.

with Vincent Kompany and a veteran like MDM in place, you'd have to believe that a future of Mangala/Nastasic/Rekik looks pretty damned good at CB.

and 2 are right sided,sagna can play there 2 as can garcia
