I quite like Burnham. He’s a good orator, sometimes people like that can mask their deficiencies by winging it and talking the good talk, but I do think Burnham does try and action the things he says he will.
Bringing the buses under public control again in GtrMcr is a great move. Exactly the sort of politics I like.

I’ve got a card for when I use the bus. There’s an app but it only works for Mets, not the buses (don’t know why?!).
The biggest thing for me, though, is Green issues. And I think that’s Burnham’s best area:

I also like his vision for Manchester within tech. Tech is the now, never mind the future and Manchester is the fastest growing tech city in Europe.
