Sorry mate but we cant just sack the little twat. We need to sell him asap and get as much as we can.
If we sack him then he is free to sign for whoever he wants to and with no transfer fee involved he will probable double his wages.
Make the **** train on his own for 8 hours a day and make sure he goes to the training ground and is kept apart from the rest of the players. Soon as we can get rid of this waste of humanity the better, i have stuck up for him many times and as much as i think he is a fantastic player i also think he lacks morals and loyalty.
RM was fucking furious but still remained calm and dignified and i hope the fans get behind him and the team on saturday.
Win the next 2 games in champions league and i think we can do that easily enough and hope Munich beat Napoli home and away and we need a result againt Napoli and maybe a draw against Munich and we will finish 2nd.
Research before posting.

We can cancel contract for breach/gross misconduct and retain his registration.

Phil McNulty has already been on about it. He could sue and we could counter-sue for extensive losses. The fucker wouldn't get on a pitch for 2 years while it went through the courts.

This was my take on it........suspend him now pending investiation then sacked after findings

Was it Mutu that got the sack from Chelsea, but wasn't able to move to another club without a deal in place with Chelsea?

mutu was sacked by chelsea for failing a drugs (cocaine) test in october 2004 & was given a 7 month ban which expired in may 2005. he actually signed for juventus while the ban was still being served in january 2005, about the time chelsea started legal proceedings for compensation.

there have been many appeals & counter appeals, with mutu even now apparently preparing to take his case to the european court of justice, but the original 17 million euros compensation for chelsea was imposed by fifa in may 2008. by then he had continued playing for juventus, livorno & fiorentina. he continued playing for fiorentina after the compensation was adjudicated. despite serving a 9 month ban for failing another drugs test in 2010 he currently plays for cesena. during all of this time chelsea haven't received a penny in compensation.

If I sat at my desk today and refused to work, would I still be paid? Would anyone "try to understand me"? I vote we fuck him off irregardless of the financial cost.
Yes, you would still be paid. You have employment rights. Sacking an employee without proven gross misconduct (e.g. stealing, sexual harrassment) or breach of contract (e.g. taking drugs, refusing to play) is very difficult in this country. Insubordination isn't necessarily gross misconduct or a breach of contract.

Hence why the lawyers must get involved.

Anyway, this thread isn't about Andy Gray at all, is it.

Whats the point of prolonging his stay here ffs, lets sell him off in Jan, oops i didnt research that either
Oh god. Look mate. We cancel his contract then he isn't here and his stay is ended this week, not January. Do you understand yet?

Somehow i dont think it will be as cut and dry as you seem to think. He has refused to play but is that gross misconduct in the eyes of the law?
If cancelling contracts was that simple im sure many clubs would do it. Will wait and see what the clubs official statement/reaction to it is and hopefully things will be much clearer. We definately need to sell the twat for as much as we can get. Ps i didnt realise you were a qualified lawyer though so i apologise

I can see his point. Scholes is, you might say, the model professional. He has obvious talents. He has always kept his head down and got on with it. He's stayed loyal to his club for as long as they needed him. He's re-trained throughout his career. He's always put his kids first. None of those statements could be applied to Tevez.

The point is scholes wasn't always the model profesional he refused to get on the utd bus for a game at arsenal,as for his personal life ryan giggs was being touted for a knighthood before he was outed as a complete twat.

If he has violated his contract, can he be taken down Canal Street and be violated, even made airtight, mind you'd have to get the guys down there proper pissed up, not sure about beer goggles, they'd need beer binoculars, Tevez is an ugly ****.
