That is the meaning of physical specimen. The attributes you naturally possess.tolmie's hairdoo said:That's my point, entirely. James was born with those attributes.
Murray in the space of four years has put on 15kg of muscle, on a frame that was bordering on skinny.
He can run 400 metres in 50 seconds and also trains four four hours a day when he is not playing.
As for the travel aspect, Murray air miles in comparison to James, again, we're talking long-haul for half the season.
The average tennis players is said to run more than 20 miles a match.
They don't have quarters, time-outs, subs, on any of that other crap. To say James can outjump Murray, I would hope he could, being 6ft fucking 8.
I used enjoy watching basketball in the days of Pippen, Jordan, Iverson etc.
Then when you actually analyse it, there's nothing too special about a guy standing near 7ft who can slam dunk a ball just above his head, in terms of the physical demands.

LeBron plays pretty much every day as I've said and they do shoot-arounds for hours before the games start.
Murray will be flying what, once every two weeks, at most? LeBron James flies every 2-3 days.
Murray has better endurance as I've said.
Let me put it this way, LeBron can jump 45 inches off the ground from a standing start, his height doesn't even play a part, makes it harder in fact. There are very few average-sized people on the planet that can even jump that high from a running start. His height just makes the feat all the more impressive.
He is much quicker, much stronger, much more athletic than Murray. But then again he's probably more athletic than any other human walking the planet.
He is taller than Peter Crouch and faster than Gareth Bale. Just think about that for a second.
One of the commentators was saying earlier in the tournament that Federer was playing some awesome stuff, maybe, just maybe, Murray has sussed him out. Good win, but Djokovic will be a lot more difficult nut to crack. However, the lad's doing well.JoeMercer'sWay said:made hard work of it imo, needs to learn mentally how to put these guys away in 3 sets as his ability says he can do, now he's played 5 sets with the never tiring Novak waiting for him after an extra day's rest, tough ask.
