No, it really is what a straw man is:

Somervillain posted position X
Damocles disagreed with position X
BillyShears then took position X, distorted and inferred Damocles agreement with position Y.

It is exactly the same as saying "Oh well, you disagree with spending an extra £10 a year on your season ticket? You must be trying to bankrupt the club then".

Anyway, your language of choice at the end, "managed", inferes that I've actually tried, and not just told you to fuck off repeatadley.

Basically she is stupid. But i dont think anyone really cares about her opinion just feel strongly about wayne bridge and his rights! Plus it probably gets on peoples nerves cos she is a bit right because alot of people would act differently, but who are we to say what HE should do, even people who would act differently (get the fuck over it) can wholeheartedly understand why he is doing what he is doing.
