Got a feeling if he impresses on this loan he will be in the first team squad when he comes back.

Wrote a piece on Angelino and Jack Byrne's loans this year if anyone fancies a read :)
I can't decide if its Rusnak though. Rusnak's no 7 later on in another goal in that video. It looks like Celina, but initial impressions would have been Rusnak. Those two and Bytiqi all look similar from distance.
Angelino played 45 mins in a NYC FC friendly today against a nearby lower div club. Lampard and Pirlo didn't play. Villa got a goal in a 4-0 win.
If the NYC FC OS puts out video highlights later I'll link 'em.
Put me on the Angelino bandwagon. I couldn't believe how confident and poised he was for an 18 year old
Brilliant little player we have there (on loan). I love his confidence and his skill. He also has extremely good vision. People like Wingert should be ashamed of themselves that they get a paycheck for riding an 18-yr olds coat tails. Would take 5-6 more just like him. Just a joy to watch.
Angelino - WOW! What pace, what hustle. Great first touch. Creative player for a LB. Plays with flair. Thinks he's the best player on the field. Should be our starting Fullback out left.
If I had the balls of Angelino, I would buy a 69 shirt and wear it publicly. Unfortunately, I do not.
Angelino looked fantastic. He probably spent more time in the final third than our fullbacks have the entire season combined. Early on he was pushing up and waving for the ball but we don't have anyone who really play a cross field ball other than Poku sometimes. I'm guessing Pirlo can remedy that to say the least.
Kind of wild when you think about the fact that an 18 year old is light years ahead from a so called MLS veteran. The club better make sure this guy doesn't father any kids here. He'll be a problem. Hide your teenage daughters.
I've been saying for a very long time that the extreme caution displayed by Pellegrini and his coaches towards our youngsters is 100% wrong. They're as good as they can be at that age. They're all fantastically confident footballers, a genuinely fantastic bunch. Angelino proved exactly that last night with his confidence, technique and poise. He looked better than more or less everyone on the pitch - and he's not the only one capable of doing that. Ambrose is, Barker is, Maffeo is, Bryan is, Iheanacho is, Celina is. Byrne is etc etc. He and a few others should have been rewarded with their progress last year with some minutes on the pitch during a cap game or as a late sub. Genuinely criminal that they weren't. Yeah, he's not the finished product but we simply have to encourage these kids to take the next step as we could save ourselves a fucking fortune in the transfer market if we do.
Hopefully this will be the year that that happens.
Do we really have to make a left-back from him? I mean let him play forward, LM or at a further position on the field. He may even do a Bale
Got to be Barker hasn't it, with Nemane and Maffeo on the other side. Let the media find the negative in that set-up.I have heard this been said before.
If he can get his defensive game right it could be like having two wingers on the pitch, just like when Roberto Carlos played.
Bale could never push on defensively sand excelled his hame going forward, if Angelino does the same then so be it, but I would love him to go on and be a player in the mould of Carlos because can you imagine having a top class winger in front of him? Our left side could potentially be unbelievably exciting.
It's quite simple - none of them has been through the saf's school of lifeGot to be Barker hasn't it, with Nemane and Maffeo on the other side. Let the media find the negative in that set-up.
