Angelino

Was never good enough, it was pretty evident from pre season, struggled with basics then. Improved obviously (he couldnt be worse) but he just wasnt good enough overall

Stupid to bring him back if that was the amount of time we were willing to give him. Especially as a home grown player. Presumably this was always the plan and we realised we could profit off our cut price buy back clause. Brilliant opportunity for him though, so good luck to him.

He showed glimpses of promise in attacking situations but he’s an abomination of a defender.

I have no idea why we opted to buy two full-backs in the summer.

I could understand a deal with a purchase obligation and not an option in the summer.
I could understand releasing a foreign player to bring quality CB or LB to help us immediately
But what was urgent to release an HG LB on the last day of January when Mendy can't stay fit for 3 days in a row. He was our only LB who can actually cross a ball.
People here talk about the 25 m option, what if they decided not to buy him in the summer?

Wtf is this about? Looked ok to me but only had 6 months - home grown and hungry - loaned out when we have 2 injury prone left backs (the best of which is a midfielder being played out of position, the other more arsed about twitter etc).

Stupid.
