good but now he needs to improve on pitch, last couple of games he's been playing like he did last season.
After EID ended?coincidence perhaps.

That fucking Schwarzer save at Fulham stopped him.

Somehow i got the impression he plays better in away games.

You can buy any player you wont, but you can't buy happiness.

Good to see players getting frustrated about coming off though. Shows a bit of passion. Unlike Tevez.

funny that when tevez reacted badly (but not as angry as dzeko vs munich) to being taken off vs bolton last year (think it was bolton) that some people on here were ready to drive him out of the club...yet people seem to forgive dzeko easily

both reactions were out of order yet both understandable at the time...its peoples double standards that i dislike

It isn't double standards at all. Tevez by then had already had a history of disrespect to Mancini.

really?

They hadnt fallen out in public before that had they? I dont remember it but you could be right

Tevez has apolgised to the fans....has dzeko?

Like i said, im backing Mancini in this 100%...i dont have a problem with him but double standards from people on here is laughable at times......

Are you serious?

Tevez tried to headbut him when he came off last season and that's just one occasion.

Tevez apologised (how many times has he had to do this?) but it was via Kia and insincere.

Dzeko's apology to Mancini is good enough for me.

could be the case....

and many have guessed right

“I was unhappy because we were 2-0 down and I wanted to win the game. It was something special for me to go back to Germany where I played for a long time and I wanted to do well and wanted the team to do well. Things didn’t go well for us. That is why I was extra frustrated.”

Apologetic Dzeko ready to move forward.

Edin Dzeko has put the anger and frustrations of Bayern Munich behind him and is ready to make Blackburn Rovers pay the price.

The free-scoring Bosnian striker has apologised for the animated displeasure he displayed when substituted in the 2-0 Uefa Champions League defeat at the Allianz Arena.

“Everyone has had a sleep and a rest after the Bayern game and we know we could have done better but it is football and you cannot win every game,” he said after the first training session since the trip to Germany.

“Bayern Munich is behind us, we are feeling positive and looking forward to the next game. That is our new target now.

“I know my reaction (to being taken off) was bad and I have spoken to the guys and to the coach as well. I have apologised for the reaction and Roberto has accepted it and said that everything is ok and that we have to be positive for the next game.

That forthcoming contest is at Ewood Park Blackburn on Saturday afternoon a ground that holds fond memories for Dzeko who has already scored six Premier League goals this season and is amongst the early pacesetters for the Golden Boot title.

“I remember last year when I scored there and we won. We had great support from thousands of City fans and we hope to make then cheer again on Saturday,” he concluded.
