"Boris to Paralyse the EU!"

I thought it was the other way round!

"He will refuse to appoint a new European Commissioner if he is forced to extend our membership beyond October 31.
This will mean they are not legally constituted because it must have 28 commissioners, one from each member state.
And if they try to reduce the number, Mr Johnson will use his power of veto to block it.
That will leave the EU unable to carry out any useful function and stop colluding with Remainer MPs to thwart the referendum result."

Rudd rowing back in her interview - she thinks BoJo really wants a deal, she's not left the Conservative Party. Her resignation is a protest against the expulsion and too much focus on No Deal preparation. Also they won't show her the legal advice about Prorogation. Apparently May is trying to get the whip restored to the rebels.

Just a quick question to educate myself on understanding democracy in our country.

If we held a referendum on something/anything and the choice was yes or no.
50m people voted no, 500 people voted yes.
But those 500 people happened to be MP's, yes effectively won?

No comment on Dominic Cummings in 2015 setting out the complexity of leaving and the ignorance of voters and suggesting that making it a binary question would "swerve" round said complexity and ignorance?
That has no relevance to the series of posts that I, in admiration, quoted

Just seems a distraction from MSC's excellent setting out of undeniable facts

Mind you it was so well done I can understand people wishing to distract

If you choose to get your information from the likes of Gove and Farage then I can't help you - it's like me being upset that I didn't get the promised emergency budget. You might as well let things on the side of a bus or posters about immigrants inform your choice if you were ever daft enough to believe the great deal rubbish.
Unfortunately, millions were.
