I watched a lot of words come out of his mouth - all of which were chosen to avoid answering the question.

They are clearly under instruction to use words and phrases that weaponise the whole debate - like kneecap, like war, like die in a ditch - because it appeals to a certain demographic in the Leave group.

Can't see this silliness being true, but if it is I suppose it should appeal to people like Gina Miller who seem to love these sort of obscure points of law.
