What happened to the discussion about Scottish farming?
Anyway, no doubt this will please a few:
No EU ID cards any more. EU nationals will not be able to travel to the UK using their identity cards from October 2021 under new measures announced by the UK government on Thursday (8 October).
As part of the UK’s new Border Operating Model, passports will be required for entry into the UK from October 2021. The new rules will apply to tourists and other visitors to the UK but not to EU nationals living in the UK if they have applied to the EU Settlement Scheme to remain in the country.
Dear me imagine having to show your passport to enter a country. Can't ever see it catching on.welcome to the UK........hello?....hello....? anybody there? Thats tourism cancelled now - after farming earlier on.

It means we'll need pasports to go there too I suppose and visas - I bet they are quaking in their boots at the prospect of Brits deserting European holiday destinations and deciding to do Butlins at Skegness instead. I suppose with the 7000 lorriues backing up in Kent every day and the new permit required to enter Kent all the british seaside resorts could be getting a big staycation boost. The citizens of 27 countries may well think they can't be arsed and holiday in places where they don't have to - our loss
Nah, just fans of Jethro Tull mate.Blimey. Still living in the past on this forum I see.
