Politics in the UK has always been a game of 'who is the least bad option'. This weeks bully boy antics make it abunduntly clear to me that, whatever reservations I had against Corbyn, he is now the lesser of two evils.
Unfortunately that's how I feel & it's not a good feeling, as I see him as pretty much unelectable but the other lot are actually an army of unelectables.
I'm hoping I don't have to vote for either but if it becomes necessary I will actually vote Labour now.
I've started a crowd funding page for your next holiday.Less of the personal arguments please. Keep it civil, or risk a thread ban. Cheers.
Easily resolved - just needs the EU to act in good faith
They are - they are trying to honour the WA agreed with the UK Government.
It’s that easily solved Johnson hasn’t put it to them.
Seriously why?
Bring it on...................JRM accused of lying ( not down )

Mr Rees-Mogg compared Dr David Nicholl, a consultant neurologist, to Andrew Wakefield, who started a bogus scare about the MMR vaccine and was subsequently struck off the medical register.
I believe that poring a boiling kettle of water over my head will hurt, I believe that leaving the EU without a deal will be worse (from all aspects) than remaining or leaving with a deal. You are entitled to different opinions of course.Back to opinions / arseholes and all that. You both seem decent blokes and I'm happy to accept your opinions ( and arseholes) are different from my own.
Rees-Mogg is a disgusting **** and the epitome of a certain section of the Tory elite who view industry experts as an inconvenience. He has absolutely no respect for someone working in the NHS, as again it’s an inconvenience that should be sold to the highest bidder. They want uncontrolled neoliberalism and they will use it to exploit and make further profit, despite being the most wealthy already. They look down on the lower classes as lesser individuals and anyone who gets in their way must be crushed.
This man he’s disgracing in Parliament for no reason was hired by the government to work on no deal risks and he has aired his findings, nothing more.
We must fight these fuckers at every opportunity.
I was answering from a Port Talbot perspectiveSeriously if we wanted to save Port Talbot through State Aid we could do. All you do is designate the area and communities at risk through closure and you're home and dry. It’s down to the Govt not the EU. All the Govt does is hide behind the EU so as not to cop the flak. Hell we bailed out the banks in ‘09 how do you think that got squared with State Aid rules? Collapse was deemed an unacceptable risk and the public money tap was turned to 11.
It’s about domestic policy. Always has been. The EU is just the handy scapegoat and we fall for it everytime.
He is a fucking snide ****. I'm glad he's front and centre and being shown up for what he is. The ****.Bring it on...................JRM accused of lying ( not down )

I understand that at the moment Brexit is everything for some people but I think in the case of a GE a lot of people will vote for domestic policies. I don't believe leave or remain will decide the result as much as people think. I genuinely think a huge part of the Ref result was a backlash by people who felt left behind and saw politicians telling them everything was great in the EU but they weren't seeing any benefit for them, misguided maybe but for me understandable. There will obviously be people who believe very strongly in their vote to leave/remain but there is in my opinion a large section that would vote for what will help them day to day.
So he's in Yorkshire today electioneering with a bloke shouting at him "You should be in Brussels". Says it all really. It’s that easily solved Johnson hasn’t put it to them.
#bloodyjackeenIn fairness, I didn't know that was the reason some people put @ infront of names.
To get this straight, does it mean the person gets an alert that they've been mentioned?
