And of course leaving with No Deal doesn’t fuck us straight away and for the foreseeable future.None today
We would be fucked in years to come
Remainers are simply in denial

Some people with experience have said for 3 years...Just listened to Leo Varadka saying that in the event of a no deal they would have to then start negotiations and discuss things like the settlement . You couldn't make stuff up like this. Surely better to discuss now Leo? In the event of a no deal there will be no settlement money! Talk about arrogance or is it stupidity. What a pillock.
Correct - but if hamstrung by the backstop that is just one of many examples of what the UK could not doIn the event of a no deal, I am pretty certain the UK government would reduce corporation tax to the same level as the ROI. Even May the remainer mentioned this three years ago. That and tariffs, if they were brought in, considering the amount of trade that goes through UK ports would completely knacker their economy. It wouldn't be great for us either in the short term. That's why this bluffing game has suddenly started. Pretty sure a new deal will be reached before the end of Oct. Politicians eh? Pretty pathetic bunch.
...... We will not see movement from the EU unless and until they face the possibility of a walk away option and the political will to use itIreland has blinked.
Who's next , Germany ?
Familar and fucking obviousThat sounds familiar ;)
So - yes - things can be made to be mis-leadingMy goodness. In what way? (Hint, check figures before responding as I have good source for each).
Of course, the answer is how the figures are used. Exactly in the same way as the original bus advert. It’s not right is it?
I sometimes think you wouldn’t recognise the truth if it slapped you across the face like a wet fish.Again - the truth can be soooo inconvenient
Fucks us in the here and now - any outcome where we leave the EU is in our long term interests - so let's just do itAnd of course leaving with No Deal doesn’t fuck us straight away and for the foreseeable future.
If we are going to remain then crack on with full integration
Thinking it is not inevitable is just denial
But - unfortunately for your viewpoint - I certainly can and in the main always doI sometimes think you wouldn’t recognise the truth if it slapped you across the face like a wet fish.
At last some Remainer honestyI think eventually it is but why make things slightly worse than they need to be now?
Why is every position you have to make things worse for the UK?
Full integration isn’t terrible, it’s just not quite as good as we currently have it. To push for something slightly worse now is ridiculous, when there isn’t a timeline for it.
At last some Remainer honesty
Fuck - it is hard to leave now - it will be impossible from this point
So now you accept that - the position of any Leaver that does not want full integration is validated
None today
We would be fucked in years to come
Remainers are simply in denial
You avoided my question why no deal was better than Mays deal. I posted my thoughts, why haven't you documented yours. By the way, you will need to do better than unfettered backstop waffle. Please address the consequences of both options in your response, both economic and political.Fucks us in the here and now - any outcome where we leave the EU is in our long term interests - so let's just do it
iyo.But - unfortunately for your viewpoint - I certainly can and in the main always do
@mcfc1632 I note with interest you did't bother to respond to this. Could it be you recognise the hypocrisy of your position? Why is my quote 'proper misleading' and the original bus message not?My goodness. In what way? (Hint, check figures before responding as I have good source for each).
Of course, the answer is how the figures are used. Exactly in the same way as the original bus advert. It’s not right is it?
I may be a card
But I am absolutely correct
There is no formal and clear mandate other than to Leave the EU - you cannot disagree with that and not be lying can you
Forget No-Deal or May's deal etc......
So one step at a time - and no prevaricating.....!!!!!
So start there - do you agree????????
Because if you cannot accept that simple fact - to use your words - you are simply and very obviously lying
At least you are being honestNo it isn’t. Because full integration is infinitely better than Brexit still.
The timeline of it isn’t clear and I’m not 100% of it, I just admit I think it will be likely at some point. The EU do want to, that much is obvious.
It’s still better than not being a part of the strongest trading bloc in the history of the world.
