So an old man struggling to get up a step obviously means he's pissed?

So now that the gif or not to gif question has fizzled out and that row is over let’s have a new row and game, gentlemen I give you....

Pissed or not pissed.

I think we should change the thread title to....

Another new daily pointless argument thread.....

He’s a piss head, that gif doesn’t mean he’s pissed then though and considering how much Churchill is used by leavers, we shouldn’t rule out piss heads at this stage.

Some of the best people I know seen piss heads.

More to the point who fucking cares if Juncker likes to neck a bottle or two of claret or not. Trump is teetotal and has set up concentration camps for kids. I’d take a merry Juncker over Trump any day of the week.

The question is whether or not the UK is better or worse outside the EU and this is a side show by leave voters to avoid the question.

There's dozens of accounts of him "struggling", blaming his sciatica, but i'm certain that sciatica doesn't affect your (slurred) speech as well.

He's a known pisshead amongst EU circles, the gif is just a superb example of it captured on film.

No it's using polite language so as not to offend what is bleeding obvious.

Looks like he's a tosser too.

No, we know now.

We’re stockpiling and spending billions on support for our industries mate, that’s never the sign of something being good.
We've had over 40 years to judge whether being in the EU is/was a good thing (and "the people", when given the choice, and after having over 4 decades of evidence, judged it worthy of leaving). We've hade zero seconds to judge whether leaving is / will be a good thing. I'm very much looking forward to leaving; it's what I voted for and I believe history will prove it to have been the correct decision. And by history I don't mean 1 day, week or month. We have to give it years. And no, I'm not full of hate.

So why do you think it will be better mate?

Four decades of evidence? Four decades of total crap about the EU from the media, led by the Telegraph's Brussels correspondent in the days when he still thought the EU was a good idea (i.e, until it became in his personal interest not to support it).

Potentially alluding to the fact his statements could be nothing more than the ramblings of a drunk man.

Mr Gove obviously took him seriously...

“After we vote to leave we will remain in the free trade zone from Russia to Turkey. The suggestion that Bosnia, Serbia, Albania and Ukraine would remain part of this free-trade area – and Britain would be on the outside with just Belarus – is as credible as Jean-Claude Juncker joining UKIP.”

He's not that pissed, unlike the metaphorical piss artist Gove.
