Which bit? That I don’t give a shit about Juncker who is out in a month or so or that I would take an alleged drunk over a sober racist with empathy issues? Last time I looked Juncker wasn’t caging toddlers or having US citizens rounded up for having the wrong colour skin.

The rate of immigration under the freedom of movement tenet was/is unsustainable and whilst a member of the EU we could do absolutely nothing about it. We'll be able to reduce immigration. I see that as a good thing.
I want no part of an organisation that helped put Greek citizens to their deaths through the actions of the EU "troika".
I will no longer have to help Neil Kinnock and his family drive their gravy train.
I will be able to directly influence all law-making, through the ballot box. I can't do this whilst we are in the EU. The EU commission draft EU laws. The commission is not elected.
I think history will prove the eurozone to have been an economic disaster. We will be leaving it and we will benefit from that.
On the downside, I'll have to try and remember how much 2 ounces of midget gems looks like.

Theres so much wrong about this post ... that I don't know where to really start. So once again for those at the back.

1) We are not in the Schengen area.. we do not subscribe to freedom of movement. We subscribe to Freedom of movement of Labour.
2) Any Eu citizen arriving in the UK must evidence that they have employment in writing or show themselves to be self sufficient with adequate income to support themselves.
3) If a person becomes unemployed and remains so for three months we have the right to send them home / ask them to return home
4) Cameron went to the Eu and asked for permission to stop Freedom of Movement of labour ... they politely told him to go away and implement the rules that were available (like they do in Spain). He couldn't because the Tories had 'sold off' border security to G4s and were unable to alter the contract (and didn't have the infrastructure to do so anyway)
5) The impact of the Eu and any deaths caused imposing financial conditions on Greece is less than the number of deaths (130000) caused by the hostile environment created by the DWP and this UK Government.
6) You don't want to fund Kinnock on the Gravy train .... but I'll bet you're happy to fund Farage and his crew.
7) You influence law making in the UK now... that's what Parliament does. No one else in Europe is talking about banning hand free car phones this morning .. but we are. No one else is talking about making prison sentences harsher today .. but we are. The Eu is about harmonisation ..
8) the commission is appointed by the people you elect. Thats how it works ... you vote for a government .. they nominate people who sit on the commission. The commission does not have a vote.
9)The commission DO NOT draft Eu laws. Prospective laws are proposed by MEPs and the commission... they are then debated in the Parliament (people who are elected by me and you).. If approved they go forward for implementation.. they CANNOT pass a directive that is applicable to only one country (ie they cannot pass laws that impact on UK income tax for example)
8) The Eurozone may well be an economic disaster ... however we are not in it. Neither do we bail out countries in the Eurozone... therefore we will not benefit from leaving something we are not in.

They do the same with mine, and she's no pisshead either.
Juncker is, It's common knowledge, so any earth shattering statements made by him are subject to ridicule/pisstake.
It's great on here, the outrage whenever the EU is lampooned, but it's perfectly OK to call Brexit advocates racists,
water off a ducks back for me, though, all par for the course.
My 'outrage' on this doesn't have sides, and i would be pulling you and others up on your assumptions whoever you were wrong about.
Also i call racists racists whoever they support.

OK, yes we do, and yes we will.
It's just a football forum mate, to pass the time and all that, whatever anyone says or thinks on here means jack shit
in the scheme of things, nobody is changing anyone's opinion.
The Gifs lighten the mood and add welcome levity IMO, but hey ho, take or leave them.

You think we’re going to be better off following October 31st, should we leave?

They don’t lighten the mood. It’s playground tactics employed by the same 3/4 people to try and take the piss rather than actually debate. There’s absolutely nothing witty about any of it.

If there was ever an exchange that highlighted those that want to remain and leave.

OK, just make sure that you never, ever like a pic or gif again.
Otherwise some may get offended.

I’ll like what I want thank you very much.

It’s all about context, as I’ve said countless times. Responding to a serious question or post with a gif or meme is making the forum worse. Doing it when it actually is funny and when in the right way is fine and that’s what I’ve said all day.

3/4 spam the thread with gifs and the school children all like it and it goes round and round again.

I truly admire your patience but sadly I fear it is wasted.

GIFs and MEMES are used by people without the intelligence/wit to articulate themselves.

Well, what you're saying is purely subjective, you don't like it because it lampoons your hero, so it should all stop.
Juncker makes statement, Juncker gets the Mick taken because he's a well known pisshead.
So we'll post what we like, and thank you very much.

Quite a few of the leavers have been thoroughly radicalised. There really is nothing to be gained in pointing out why their arguments are specious when they are prepared to risk whole sectors of the economy to fulfill a dream many didn't know they had until the Express, Mail and Telegraph stepped up the radicalisation programme from snipes about straight bananas to a fully fledged campaign.

My mate voted out, and he reads the Mirror.
I tickles me how those on the losing side know all the reasons why the winners won.

Juncker my hero? Haha

He’s going to be out of their soon enough anyway.

I honestly don’t mind people taking the piss out of him, I’ve done it myself and said a couple of pages ago he’s a piss head.

My point is that a gif every page or two when it’s unfunny is ridiculous and just highlights posters who can’t think properly.

What's not funny about an old fart tripping on a step?
Just put one up of Boris.... well basically saying anything, to counter argument.
The thread would be a better place for it.
Go on gif it a try. You know you want to.
