+1Greizman is a class player but comes across as a bit of twat in the Lingard/Pogba mould. Hopefully is we do sign him somebody will have a word
Nobody and I mean nobody is on par never mind more of a twat than that rat faced prick lingaard. Just his name infuriates me and his face and f@$king Molly rock makes me want to turn into that taz cartoon character and tear my whole street to pieces.Greizman is a class player but comes across as a bit of twat in the Lingard/Pogba mould. Applying Pep's terminology - Greizman is not a "nice" player.
He otherwise fits Pep's mould - not sure if we'll heavily pursue him though - price and personality argue against.
And to be fair, if there's one manager on the planet capable of taming egos insofar as they're harmful for team success - Pep is that manager. If the player is bought and it turns out he's a problem - he's soon sold - no longer our problem.I think if there's one position im happy for us to go for a slightly more arrogant player it would be a striker. Especially if that person is replacing the legend of Aguero as could be the case.
If you look at nice guy Werner for example who has been suggested, he had to be substituted earlier in the season away at Besiktas because he started feeling dizzy from the atmosphere the fans created.
Griezmann has played against the best and has earned his reputation. You need a lot of self belief to succeed at the top and he has that.
