Because he affiliates himself with the Cheshire FA, whereas City fall under the jurisdiction of Lancashire FA (I think). It is though an ongoing disgrace and why City don't make more of an issue about known rags passing themselves off as supporters of lower league teams is beyond me. Taylor, Mason and even Oliver (who supported them as a kid I believe) shouldn't be allowed anywhere near City (or United) matches. We will get nothing on Saturday, simple as that.
