im now off 8 at 22 years old
when i was 15 off 11, i was in our monthly medal
14th hole at stamford golf club in stalybridge
short par 3, 165yards. 9iron off the white tees. it was all over it, pitched about 6 foot past the hole and spun back all the way into the hole
was chuffed to bits

Been playing 21 years. Never had one and only been close once (2 in from pin)
Best course is def Adare Manor in Limerick. Did a two-nighter, 3 rounds, awesome and would recommend to anyone.

i think the hole is called the punch bowl, and because if the layout i didn't see it go in but when we got to the green i couldn't see my ball, then we looked in the hole!

Went up for my first game off golf since March. Holy fuck was I rusty. Also noticed the green fees have dropped so I might be playing a bit more. €15 for a round not bad and a real test. Dont have a handicap of sorts as I dont play a lot but I pared the longest hole on the course held a 15 feet put. Burnt to a crisp out there today aswell.

Not got 1 myself but my son when he was 12 got a hole in 1after playing for just 15 month,145 yard,he hit a 5 wood 2 bounces and rolled in,sick as a parrot.Best course i've played is Fulford nr York,fabulous course.If anyone needs to find cheap fees check the following site,I've used it a few times really good.Need to join but doesn't cost a penny,just an e-mail address.
