I got to about 10;05 where he said "vaccines don't work" and realised I was listening to another anti vax clever crank.

After checking up on this guy (David E. Martin) it seems the area where i was dubious (context) seems to be where he works his angle. As a lot of what he says is seemingly factual. It is the jumps he makes though where forcing a narrative may be happening.
I am not an anti vaxxer i should note. He does seem to be a smart guy who has done a lot to advance medical science. So i come away from his speach after reading up non the wiser really. I believe some companies and governments do shady stuff sure but to what degree regarding some over arching global conspiracy is up to the individual i suppose.

I shall now bow out of this debate as quickly as i stuck my nose into it. All the best though to those with long covid, i hope it clears up for you all, it sounds horrid.

There is even a guy on here who gloats about how his brother who is a doctor and would of given out jabs has been promoted during the pandemic,how many of them jabs he administered would of harmed people ? How many people suffered serious side effects and died and yet this person is gloating about how his brother has profited financially and professionally! Disgusting

There’s lots of research going on with regards to what is causing long Covid but it’s going to take a while to work this one out.

The newest research is suggesting that lots of it is down to neurological damage caused by Covid ( and other viruses that attack the brain )

Basically when Covid enters the brain if causes brain neurons to fuse together into large multi neuron structures. The fused neurons don’t die. They either miss fire constantly or never fire again. Depending on where in the brain you get hit is depending on types of long Covid. Be it loss of smell to pain to malaise.

Add onto that there are also suggestions that both Covid and in some cases the vaccine ( 2 known cases from the vaccine ) can trigger MS. The Covid spike protein has some similarities with the Myelin sheath, which is the protective layer on nerves. Causing the bodies immune system to start to attack your own nerve system. This is however very rare in both natural and vaccine but could explain some issues being seen.

I speak to so many people who wish they had never had the vaccine,honest people who like yourself only had it because they were scared of losing their job or never being able to travel or go to a concert or football match! Correct.we have had a few folk on here boasting how members of their family were involved in administering the clot shots.
none are so vocal now....they know...not a peep out of them...and No one wants to talk about excess deaths ,the aggressive cancers,the still born babies,the children collapsing,the increase in strokes,the worrying increase in chronic eye trouble ..etc

The crazy amount of heart attack and strokes post clot shot suggest the jabbers were not even instructed how to inject properly!!

The contents of the jab have been found in mothers breast milk..how disgraceful is that..an injection into the arm finds its way,through several different ' walls' in the human body into breast milk..

When I read the detailed report of the little girl in Manchester who died recently ( City fan) and her Dads description of her waking up with chest pains,and him placing his hand on her chest and saying it felt like her racing heart was coming through her chest..it made me think of one thing only..

As footy fans,what did we all think.,honestly, ...when the Luton Town captain collapsed on the Wembley turf after just 6 minutes of the play off final,and was rushed to hospital with chest pains?

The match continued ,too much cash at stake for it to be abandoned,not that the ex captain will receive any benefit,having survived the heart attack,his contract was cancelled and now has no job.nice work from Luton Town,being the employers who probably encouraged the lad to take the shot.

There is a Sheff utd player,I forget his name,who collapsed last season with heart trouble, now has a pacemaker fitted...good luck with that in the premiership next season....if selected.

Rod Stewart,the real artist not his clown Cockney lookalike ...waxed lyrical about everyone should take the procedure..how did he feel when his young son collapsed on the football field,turned blue by all accounts and was taken to hospital with suspected heart attack? The end of his lads football career in his teenage years.

Some ' celebraties'of course ..have changed 100% full circle.
The GB news female presenter Aluka(?) think her name is,was openly calling for imprisonment of 10 years for those who did not follow goverment advice( lol) and get jabbed.
She now ,3 years later is a Vax sceptic. She was actually calling for prison ships for those people who knew their own minds...how can she sleep at night ?

At least the undisputed best Tennis player in the history of the game stuck to his principles and followed his Instincts,as did Stones Foden and Gundog.
How different their seasons turned out to that of the unlucky ex- Luton captain.

I’ve tuned out of this whole “debate” on mRNA vaccines because a layman like me will never really be able to understand the detail of the science involved. I tried to stick to a crude risk/benefit approach and concluded that as a healthy 67 year old did I feel sufficiently at risk from Omicron to take an ”experimental” mRNA vaccine that undoubtedly has (mercifully rare) side effects (as do practically all pharmacological products). After 2 shots of AstraZeneca and an mRNA booster - and with the emergence of Omicron I decided to have no more. Same for my wife, children and grandchildren. None of us are in any way anti-vax, just trying to navigate our personal health In an age of “many truths” At an anecdotal level, practically everyone I know who’s had booster after booster has caught the virus (some multiple times) and some have suffered quite badly with it.
I was a compliant, but reluctant, mask-wearer too, and was convinced they did no good whatsoever beyond display and “theatre” - and binned off all the ones I’d bought as soon as possible. There now seems to be many compelling studies now showing masks to be truly worthless beyond a simple spit-guard. Like erecting a chicken wire fence to keep out mosquitoes was the best analogy I recall. But I took the view we all have to do things in society that we’d rather not, so I sucked it up and wore one…but would be very reluctant to do so ever again. Having mature discussions on these topics is difficult because the issues have gone tribal and people on all sides feel the need to defend and justify the action they took at the time. By the the way, if I had a serious illness and was offered an mRNA vaccine, I’d take it without hesitation.
