Christ , how were you ever in the caring profession, i got ME and fibro in the early ninties and was dismissed , my treatment then is why i still have both now i think, people with long covid need help not dismissing, getting the diagnosis is not too difficult now with the organ damage covid does to the bodyMy sympathies with the genuine, but i get the impression this could be the new 'bad back'
I went to my first COVID clinic last week. I'l be referred to different clinics depending on the problem. First referral is rehab for my breathing. I may be referred for cognitive therapy too as it's having a negative effect on my mental health and how I'm coping. Then there's physio therapy.Christ , how were you ever in the caring profession, i got ME and fibro in the early ninties and was dismissed , my treatment then is why i still have both now i think, people with long covid need help not dismissing, getting the diagnosis is not too difficult now with the organ damage covid does to the body

Good to hear you are getting treatment now , keep us up to date with how you go , if cannabis helps go for it , haI went to my first COVID clinic last week. I'll be trying different meds too... likely to be VIT D, Magnesium and anticoagulants as I have all the symptoms of the micro blood clots.
Cannabis helps. shhhhh ;)
Magnesium is very helpful for muscle pain and restless limbs , i use mag 2:1 cal , can get it from amazon or biocare, three times a day , give it a good month to get going , any other brand is ok , i find it really helps with restless arms and legs , just dont miss any dose out . Also diazapam is handy if you cant sleep with itSince having covid in January, I'm just constantly achy (arms and back mainly)
Constantly restless

How are you finding it now? Symptoms gone?

Yes that is the one , i have been on it for about twenty yrs for fibromyalgia , i take one in the morning , one at lunch and two before bed , you can speak to the biocare dr or get it from amazon , not sure which way is cheaper at the minuteI'm glad to hear you are better.

Fibro causes me a lot of pain and weakness in my muscles and restless arms and legs to the point i would gladly chop my limbs off ! , so long as i take the mag( the calcium just helps it absorb ) things are more manageable , diazepam for bad nights works as they both relax the musclesThank you,
didn't realise it was used for fibromyalgia.
Was told about knee pain to have this Amazon product ASIN B08GKWN7ZK
Other than the original taste, seems to be doing something for knee issues

When i first got ME and fibro my gp used to give me weekly mag injections , trouble was i dropped to six stone and the injections were agony so i had to find a good oral tablet and happened on mag 2:1 cal from a nutritionist i was referred to , made life so much easier
I sympathise with you...nobody understands how chronic fatigue actually feels until they suffer with it themselves. It's not just feeling "tired". haha.Fibro causes me a lot of pain and weakness in my muscles and restless arms and legs to the point i would gladly chop my limbs off ! , so long as i take the mag( the calcium just helps it absorb ) things are more manageable , diazepam for bad nights works as they both relax the muscles
