Any news on Micah Richards' return?

If you lot stopped all that exercise and just sat quietly in the pub like I do, you wouldn't have so many knee problems.

Youngsters of today, honestly you have to learn how to look after your body. Do no exercise at all and everything works fine. Although I am getting a bit of arm ache from the pint pot lifting, to be fair.

And as for fell walking??? My word, I am sure you shouldn't be doing that. The clue is in the name.

We have no right back for West Ham away there all injured

MUEN says Zaba could be back for it. If not, Kolo or Milner can do a job at RB.

I wouldnt trust Kolo and i thought Milner was suspended after being sent off against West Brom

Feel like i owe Micah an apology, i've not been shy in the past to question whether he was faking his big cry-outs only to quickly recover. That said it does beg the question if he's been seen to suddenly jump in the air like he's been shot (seen him do it more than an handful of times)..then surely the club know there's been a long standing affair with his knees (Rolls Royce body-Mini Cooper knees). I seen him warming-up one game and a ball passed to him whilst he was busy chatting, hit his knee side-on and he went down, grimacing.

Dont mind having Kolo back in at right back....hink he gets a rough deal on here to be honest as he is a decent player......Id rather him from a defensive point of view than Maicon (offensively obviously maicon is better)

We played Swansea on weekend, maybe you missed that part :)

I'm sure Micah has had problems with his knees locking before which is a sign of meniscus damage. Balotelli had a similar injury

Did Manchester City rush Richards back from injury too soon. The lad seems to be injured a lot
