I seem to be getting a few of them originating in Belgium (+32 country code). I suppose Kev has to make a few bob where he can, seeing as he can't pass water at the moment.

I do the same as always. Answer, but say nothing (does that sound very Irish?). If you don't say anything, they invariably hang up after a few seconds. Though the purchase of a referee's whistle is very tempting, I have to admit. Answer, then give them a sharp blast of the whistle.
