Why would they want euros in Turkey

No idea ? Just assumed, obviously wrongly,but seeing that people from E-Bay use either GBP or Euros to pay me for winning bids,I`ve no idea.Seeing I`ve never been also puts me on par with ignorants.

Strangely enough I was in the Bank this afternoon and someone I know had just asked for a load of Euros as they fly out tomorrow morning.Big no no for me I`m afraid and I don`t give a rats arse about "letting the terrorists win".

I wouldn't go, not because of all the shit.... well yeah because of that, but not JUST because of that.... It doesn't appeal to me, seems like a couples thing...... having said that most places in Europe have that couples vibe apart from Germany, Switzerland and Sweden. Would love to visit the Vasa museum, don't get me wrong I don't get hard over that kinda stuff but all the ships look amazing

Going out there for a week early next month.
We have been to quite a few different resorts and had no problems.
We weren't that impressed with Marmaris or Gumbet though.
I can understand why people are worried about visiting the country.
However recent events in France,Belgium etc just prove that there are risks going anywhere at the moment.

Fuck outta here, going to a place that has that many paragraphs of advice riddled with terms like 'extra precaution'.

Now i am not wuss, i would go to Bogota tomorrow knowing their is still a kidnap threat but would feel 10x safer than being in a military state in flux, which for all intents and purposes Turkey is.
