Anyone else a bit fed up of football?

The Aguero moment for me was like the climax of a film, the happy ending where all the years of hurt were rewarded. I can’t ever see that happening again - not with the introduction of VAR. Now the ref can award a penalty after the final whistle- thats not in the spirit of the game. Offfside decisions have become a joke and so have handballs. A lot of us were all for the introduction of VAR but none of us envisaged this. Careful what you wish for.
I envisaged it and warned about it. Check my posts and the pelters I got...

I can honestly say I only watch our games now and when I watch I am fully absorbed in the game as usual, after that I couldn't care less about any other games going on, but do enjoy when the rags lose.

It does not seem real anymore with fake crowd noises, fake penalties and optical illusions in VAR with thick coloured lines drawn at arbitrary positions to prove anything you like. It's like watching cartoons.

But I do like the olly golly shit show and enjoy plenty of laughs from Pogbad and co. I'm still chuckling at pogba's latest excuse of being out of breath.

VAR
Biased media pundits and journalists
Empty stadiums
Expense compared to other leagues
EFL and incompetence of
Unregulated spivs ruining clubs
Knob heads trying to align extreme right wing views with football supporters...

Not a great mix at the moment . Still in essence is the greatest sport in the world though.

Watching the Youth Cup final last night showed me how much fun and exciting a game of football can be. Yes the ref could have been better, Chelsea first maybe offside, possible foul just before their second etc but no VAR was brilliant I have to say.

The only thing i am fed up about is not going to the match, whether its a day out to the etihad, or a weekend away.
I will be a year older, between matches, and may not have that many more match going years ahead.
