I moved to them recently and was dreading it, after a shocker of an experience when we moved 11 years ago (and I wasn't even a customer of theirs). I must admit it went according to plan but my experience was it's impossible to get anyone to take ownership of anything and I ended up contacting the CEO, who got it sorted within 24 hours.
Had it not been for the fact I got the package for half what Sky would have charged me for the equivalent then I wouldn't have bothered as Sky's customer service was generally spot on.
Just spent 5 days and 11 phone calls trying to get these useless fuckers to switch me off at my old address and switch me on at new home on monday 12th-Result ? 5 different dates none within 2 weeks,lost all my information 10 times,as off last phonecall and i do mean my LAST phonecall i have no idea if and when i will ever be up and running with phone and internet.I have reached the end of my patience,moving home is stressful enough without a bunch of monkeys adding to it.mate hope you dont mind if i pm you to get details of how i can contact their CEO it's the last resort now,cheers in advance
