i was about 5 in 1998 so would like to read into that season.

Buy it mate, it's a good read and will give you an insight into what us old fuckers had to put up with that season.....
Still, on the upside, I got to visit a whole raft of new grounds!

It's an outstanding book, my favourite ever about City.

The last section, with the playoff win and the fan's comments, is truly emotional. It might give you an insight as to why that season, and in particular the way it ended, is seen as a watershed in the club's history.

16 new grounds
midweek journeys to wycombe and lincoln, two failed interviews the day after!
play offs and the penalty shoot out
but the book is superb
