Trust me on this Bezz it wont work mate. The shit as i got as an apprentice made sure that apprentices get shit forever but it makes you better than you would of been with every being nice to you

Going back to my apprenticeship (admittedly 30 odd years ago) we were able to join a union, but we were not allowed to strike.
There was a strike where I worked and we just turned up and did fuck all for a few days.
