It shouldn't be a case of us appealing to him, we should be thinking about whether he could actually do a job for us. That's not arrogance btw, that's just the position we find ourselves in in comparison to Aquilani, whose career is stranded right now.

He is on loan at AC but they have the option to buy him. So maybe Mancini proposed that AC buy him and then sell him straight to us as Liverpool will be reluctant to sell to us i think.
Like what Levante did with Caicedo.

Also why wouldn't we want to sell them Tevez. They have been hurt by missing out on the title so they need to strengthen and it is will publicised that Galliani loves him.

I think that Cirigliano kid from River Plate would be the best option. He's another Pizzaro type player but can tackle and breakup play. He's 20 years old and highly coveted, would cost around the same price as Aquilani.

I've never heard of this guy. Is he being looked at by any clubs in Europe?

We sent a scout out there to watch him play about 3 weeks ago, so I would say we're interested. There's a thread about him somewhere on this forum.
