Are The Smiths a rag band or a blue band?

The only one known for being a football fan is Marr. And I used to see him in the Kippax.

'Yes we may be hidden by rags, but we have something they'll never have' - Moz could of been a blue!

Nigel De Jong song to the tune of 'Panic' will get sung lots in Wigan!

How does that work?

Nigel on the streets of London? Nigel on the streets of Birmingham?

LOL I was trying for ages and I can't figure out how this works!

I knew mike joyce would have to be a blue...top bloke, far too modest and self-depraciating to ever be a rag

Morrissey's dad is a u****** fan , used to work at the same hospital as him, Bupa in Whalley Range.

Absolutely dire band, fronted by a big mouthed turnip munching miserablist

stony mate we are talking about the greatest band ever, please dont bring Oasis in to it!

*puts tin hat on*

In the sleeve notes of a compilation CD of Morrissey's influences a couple of years ago, he refers to United as "Manure". I'd hardly call him a Rag based on that.

Marr and Joyce are both Blues. Not sure whether Rourke is into football or not.
