When we were shite I used to love watching england in the big tournaments
Finally I had something to cheer about and was genuinely pissed off when we inevitably lost.
These days I couldn’t even tell you when our next game is.
Maybe if we reach the semis I might get interested.

Went a few times in the 80s with mates never really enjoyed it, it just wasn't the same as supporting city, what them to win obviously but if the loose even a final then I'm over it at full time.
