i think it's wearing thin, it looks shit when only some do it. Keep the CIty City City going though.

I very much accept the fact that forums are a point of opinion. But the last thing I want to see whilst currently lying top of the league unbeaten is a thread about people moaning about a goal celebration it kinda drains the fun out...

I think you'll find the majority of fans love doing it; but just find after 4 goals it knackers you out, especially at B'burn in the greenhouse. It has improved our support home and especially away so all your BOB'S don't do it if you don't want to but most most people love it and want to keep doing it!

absolutely Tricky - why oh why should I have to suffer other peoples obscene shouting and singing whilst I'm trying to enjoy the match? - you'll be telling me you enjoy waving a flag next!

Yes but that argument can be had about every negative thread on this forum, do we have the right to question nothing if we are top of the league?

The league is clearly the most important factor and next to that the matter is minor. However I still feel like I agree with the OP.

We are winning games we are expected to win easily which hasn't been the case for 40 years.

A little bit of complacency may have crept in. Wait until we score a crucial goal against a serious rival e.g. United and it will go full tilt.

I hope it carries on. Ok, we nicked it from Poznan but in the EPL it is a very unique celebration. It is awesome to watch when everyone does it. That is the reason it is featured so much in clips on trailers/football programme intro's etc.

Kids/young fans love it too.

I an era when general atmospheres are a lot lower key than they were in 70/80's pre all seater stadiums there cannot be enough of this sort of thing and the more that is directly associated with our great club that is an instantly recognisable feature the better.

Never waved a flag in my life to be fair but when ever I have seen a flag waver they must of been 8 or 9 and I refuse to be the miserable bastard that ruins their fun by snatching it off them and snapping it in half explaining that my inability to see Gaz Baz play a pin point pass to Vincent Kompany turned me into the grinch...
