are we booing barton sunday

I personally will be thanking him.

In all seriousness I think naughty nige will eat him whole.

can't be arsed booing anyone except the red shite, regardless, barton was committed in what he did and at times tried too hard but things that happened are in the past and thats where they should stay and besides if he starts being naughty on the pitch NIGEL DE JONG will show him what a hard player is.

He put in the kind of effort that Mancini has been asking City's current players for, so if he were still at MCFC I think he'd be in the squad. Off the field he's had third, fourth, and fifth chances and finally sorted out his life, so I wish him well. He's a lucky man and he knows it, but I think he also knows he could have been part of something even better and lost the chance.

Not read the thread but personally I will give him a clap.
Me too. Good player, and always gave everything as a City player. Not sure about his relationship with other City players - heard lots of bad stories. But his attitude on the pitch was usually excellent

I remember him coming through as a young player in a League Cup game at home to Arsenal and he was going round all the players before the game geeing them up. he was really wound up and motivated for the game when so many other players weren't too bothered.

Been one of Newcastle's best players so far and will cause us a few problems
