If we were six points clear now and had Macclesfield Town in the FA Cup Final I'd still be worried. I certainly won't crow until it's all in the bag. When and if it is, I'll make up for it. Oh, yes.
Mate,there are 3 games left in the season. Klopp has no choice but to go all out in the 3. A goal for Liverpool in the first 30 against Barca and theyret back in it. 2 and they're right back in it.
Don't forget they have Van D, who no one has got past this season.... Despite Van D being left standing against Barca's forwards....
Klopp has no choice but to go all out. Which may have a detrimental effect on his PL games - I doubt it will, I doubt Liverpool will drop points, however much I hope they do.
City can keep on with winning, I don't see anything other than excited anticipation at the treble, we can do it, and I'm sure The Bots can bring the cups home :)

If we had gone in 2-0 at half time like we should have done we'd have been back in it. I'm not saying they'll do it just it's far from impossible for Liverpool to pin Barca back and score a couple first half. This Barca side is definitely beatable and as pleasing as it was the other night it wasn't a deserved scoreline.

No way the dippers are coming back from 3-0 down against the second best team in Europe, I am 100% confident that Barca will score again for good measure.. Special European nights under the lights my arsehole, they blew it at the Nou Camp and they know it.... Newcastle, over to you, not confident but if you can take something from the game, I will love you forever... x

I don't see it as getting ahead of ourselves.
For me it is about a quiet confidence based on a variety of very obvious factors.
1) Liverpool are one point behind us
2) Liverpool have the toughest remaining fixtures
3) Liverpool are still in the CL
4) Liverpool have never won the premier league
Just because the broadcasting media aren't drawing attention to these issues doesn't mean they don't exist.
This getting ahead of ourselves is more likely to be a backlash to the media bias and rhetoric rather than any arrogance on our part.
For me it is about a quiet confidence based on a variety of very obvious factors.

Some of the posts I’ve seen on the site and especially in comments sections on social media recently are ridiculous from us!
Anything can happen in these last two games, you keep your powder dry until it’s won. Surely we know that’s what you do more than anyone else.
No 3-0 was perfect. They'll still think they've got a chance... But it's extremely unlikely they have in reality. 1 Barca goal (which will happen) and the Dippers have to score 5
for me on paper liverpool have the slightly harder of the two games than us, but according anyone and everyone its six points in bag but us on the other hand the talk is of potential banana skins

I think most City fans would still say it is 50-50. You can see from comments we still hope for a Liverpool slip up on Saturday night to ease the stress slightly on Monday. If they win it is a long long wait for Monday's game and it will be another incredibly nervy one for fans and players. The fact they have Barcelona means that whilst it is another game it takes some attention away from the league which is nice for fans and players.
I wish we were playing Leicester first.
But then both teams have tough games on the final day. Wolves will not be easy and if they can win the title they will be feeling huge pressure. And equally we might have to force our way past the Brighton bus again which will not be easy. And if they have to get something to stay up it makes it even more of a challenge.
I think City fans are not tempting fate. We are more than aware that others have been stung celebrating too early and refuse to make that mistake ourselves.
