Just a thought. Because I think that under him, there is no way that the debacle of two £40 games within 3 days would have happened. I realise that FFP is probably driving things now but last week was a big embarassment!

And before you ask, yes I went to both.

Cup tie prices have to be agreed with the opposition, we just don't know whether the rags and dippers had £40 as a sticking point that they wouldn't budge from. And the price was £40 when Cook was here for the SF against the rags 2 years ago.

Gary cook did a lot more than sort out cheap tickets !!
I really think we miss him at city, he was well liked within the club and really put the hours in to get city on the map again, carlos tevez is a huge reason on why he left ! He did wrong with neds family but by not bowing to sir tevez put him under massive pressure, as tevez was what most over seas wanted to see not gary cook, thank god bobby manc is made of metal or tevez could has even more say !!!! Not sure why anyone is embarrassed about the attendance.

Thought it was pretty good myself, and if a few scousers and rags think it entitles them to take the piss out of the club, then I couldn't give less of a fuck.
