As he is still very young and already an international (also played in every age group internationally) we can apply under the exeptional talent route (tier 5 sponsorship)
 
One bit in The Mail article does trouble me "However, City have been alerted by Serbia national coach Raddy Antic and have made their move to head off other interest."

The daily mail article does sound like it's been cobbled together from here and wikipedia....they have even put in the stuff about him being better than the kid utd have signed

Can't play in any competitive matches. I think hes allowed play with the reserves but some1 may correct me on this
