I empathise, but I'm sure you don't need planning permission for boundary fences below 6ft or 3ft next to a road? Unless your underselling your semi and its listed? I know this was the case when I put a fence up around 5 years ago.

Driveway neighbour disputes.

We have tried speaking to them and telling them of our situation but having a new born like most people would know we can be in the house for all of 5mins then we move the car back or it can be an hour. Etc all we get told is we have been there and managed are they being awkward and the minute...
