Best signing they could make is a better medical department.
Abou Diaby, RVP, Santa Cazorla, Wilshere, Ox, Gibbs, Arteta, Mertesacker etc etc etc are too many to be coincidence and many of them were genuinely outstanding players.

To be fair, Wenger's always shopped in the bargain bucket. That's often where you find the talented but injury prone players that the genuine top teams avoid. So it might not be entirely down to the medical staff.

AN awful lot of them have been younger trainees as well and certainly not all of them had pre existing injury problems.
It might not be the medical staff as such it may be training methods poor assessment or something else but whatever it is they need to sort it out.
