Arsenal (A) | Community Shield | Post-match Thread

Not the least bit bothered by it.
Hope Walker is okay and there are no other injuries.

Rodri needs to work on pens LOL! ;)

This fucking sucks. Just like Chelsea with the champions league in 2021 we’ve given arsenal fans something to live off. They’re gonna be even more unbearable than they were before.

The way we presented ourselves in this penalty shootout was a disgrace. Seriously.
Is this satire?

By the way, if that second half merited 8 minutes, imagine what it'll be like when there's actual time-wasting.

We're going to see the first 20 minute injury time.

Should of wrapped it up in normal time
But funny watching Arsenal celebrating like it’s a major trophy.
Embarrassing Arteta.

Ahh well. It is what it is.
Draw was probably the right overall result and Pens are a lottery.

Am I really arsed, not really.
Thought although they had moments we were totally in control of that game. At times we were toying with them. They had a lucky break and our penalties were shit. Let the weird fuckers have their day we’ll just spank them next time.

Annoying to lose but overall I thought we were the better team. Considering it was only our fourth pre season game we did ok. Pity about the goal we conceded, not much you can do about two deflections on a shot. Should have taken our chances better when we were one up.
We really need to practice penalties, both taking them and saving them.

Bar some poor/unlucky finishing we would have comfortably won that, the deflection was cruel but better happening in something like this than a cup final or crucial league game,we will move on and concentrate on bigger things ..
