Arsenal (A) | Community Shield | Post-match Thread

This fucking sucks. Just like Chelsea with the champions league in 2021 we’ve given arsenal fans something to live off. They’re gonna be even more unbearable than they were before.

The way we presented ourselves in this penalty shootout was a disgrace. Seriously.
Go and boil your head.

We'll win the league. Arsenal will finish 9th again.

As the commentator said, no team since 2011 has won this and then gone on to lift the prem. Remember last year when Liverpool beat us, Nunez scored and Haaland missed a sittter, scoucers were giddy as fuck.

Let Arsenal have their meaningless trinkets, they're welcome to them. Is it sour grapes to say that their reaction to winning was way ott, small time and embarrassing?

Arsenal are gonna win the league
Rice is a bargain
Saka is the best player in the world (when he's not on the floor)
Hahahahahaha
They're still fucking shit.
Needed their added added time again and a deflected goal.
I guess I'll just have to be content with our treble and not the mighty dinner plate

Good performance from the lads
Deserved a win
No injuries and Kev got some much needed mins under his belt
Those who say they’re not bothered are obviously lying
Of course it bothers all of us to miss out out a trophy but not that important in the great scheme of things

Congratulations to Arsenal on winning the we beat Man City Cup. I guess they don't intend to fight for the actual trophies, just like Spurs. Besides, this will provide some much-needed motivation for our lads. It should remind them what it feels like to lose a football match and thus make them hungry for the wins again.
